SOURCE are a team of
Young People's Drug and Alcohol workers. It is a free service
and they work with young people, parents/carers who are affected by
drug or alcohol use.
Who do we
see?
Anyone under 18 years old (or up to
25 years old if they have special needs).
You don't have to have a drug
problem. You may be experimenting, or just want information
and advice. You don't have to want to stop using drugs to
come and see us.
What we
offer?
- Information on the effects of drugs
and alcohol

- 1-2-1 sessions

- Support to reduce your alcohol or
drug use

- Support to help you stop using

- Support on reducing the risks from
drugs taking

- Assessment for treatment

- Referral to other services, e.g.
housing, employment services, benefit agencies etc

to a problem with family, friends, school or work?
Are you beginning to get

Will we tell people what
we talk about?
We will encourage you to talk to
your family or family support workers so they can support
you.
If you decide this isn't something
you want to do, in order to keep you safe, only information about
risks of harm to yourself or others, will be shared with a team
leader.
Other information will be kept
confidential.
