Open access and project night.

 

Open access youth club is for anyone to come along who are 13- 19years.  You will take part in

  • Football, table tennis, pool
  • Arts and crafts: painting, mask making, and glass making.
  • Talent show: singing, Dancing, acting
  • Gaming: Wii
  • Trip: ice skating, bowling, Go Karting etc

Come along and have fun

 

We cover young people current and national issues

  • Bullying
  • Education
  • Relationships: friendships
  • Health issues

 

On project night you can take part in programmes and project design through you and this is a good opportunity to do accreditation and learn new skills in taking lead in planning.

 

We offer one 2 one support for young people

 

Norcot Youth club provides support and help in finding out about getting help for things such as drugs and alcohol, STI's, relationship, housing, education, employment etc.  We also operate the C card scheme, Chlamydia screening kits, and pregnancies' kit are available at the youth club

 

Young people will experience in learning new skills, training new activities, receive recognition & accreditation for their skill and experiences and to be heard.

Young people will benefit from recognising their strengths and weaknesses and to have self respects & self discipline.

Young people will relate to others thought having respected, caring for others and manage conflict, able to challenge to encourage positive change and to trust & being trusted.

Young people will be part of their community through being active citizens, respect cultural diversity and care for & enjoying the environment
